I'm not calling this dish "Thai" Spicy Peanut Chicken Wings, because it's not a Thai dish. Adding lime, fish sauce and peanuts to something doesn't inherently make it Thai. Did I use some of the same flavor profiles you might find a satay? Sure, but this isn't Thai and I'm shaming anyone out there who adds peanuts and lime to a dish and claims that it's a Thai dish, I'm looking at you 90% of Pinterest.

Thanksgiving is here once again. A holiday which originated from the minds at Hallmark to sell turkeys and cranberry sauce. Or maybe I'm thinking of every other holiday ever. These roasted carrots are a perfect side dish for you Thanksgiving dinner, because let's be honest we're all tired of soupy sweet potatoes covered in marshmallows.
It's fall! That means it's time for another butternut squash recipe! I figure, 'why not run another classic fall ingredient into the ground just like Starbucks did with pumpkin spice.' Fall is also the season to get rid of old things and prepare for something new. I never quite got spring cleaning, fall has always seemed like a better season to get rid of old things. Anyway I present my version of a classic fall recipe, Butternut Squash Soup.
We've all made cornbread to go with our autumn chili, but half the time the loaf of maize goes stale before it's all eaten up. That's what happened to me earlier this week when I had half a skillet of cast iron skillet cornbread sitting, waiting and growing drier every second.
In honor of the return of Bob's Burgers this Sunday I made the 'Prime Thyme Burger' and if you have no idea what Bob's Burgers is then you're missing out on your recommended daily amount of puns. Of course this isn't my first post celebrating the return of a great television show. I once spent 3 and a half hours creating this pile of breakfast food.
