He started cooking at a young age. After eating spaghetti for every other dinner throughout his youth, one night he took his parent's advice, "If you don't like what we're having for dinner, you can cook something yourself." So he did. Soon his parents would discover that his cooking was better than their own and would try to get him to cook dinner at every chance they had.
Since those early days, his cooking skills have gotten slightly better. His culinary skills are available for hire for parties, picnics, corporate events, and iron chef battles. He works as a freelance writer and recipe developer.
